Any anxious person will have these three signs for us. It doesn't pay attention to all the right things in his life, he is always paying attention to the things and thoughts and ideas and opinions that are not actually serving Him. In fact, they add on to the anxiety. Second, they are never living in the present moment. And anxious mind is always worrying. Okay, it is always in the state of worry.

And worry is the concept of future. If you are scared of how you will project yourself before you actually project yourself, then it's actually your mind in the future. Okay, so anxious mind is always concerned about how someone is judging him his behavior, even though he is not doing that kind of behavior. So worrying is the concept of future and the anxious mind is never living in the present moment. And that heard is that all the anxious minds are always judging themselves, they are always criticizing themselves they are always evaluating themselves in a negative way mostly okay. So, these are the three characteristics of an anxious mind, the anxiety can be of social anxiety or any other kind of anxiety, but if someone has anxiety, these three behaviors mindsets or the type of consciousness is mostly seen.

So, to overcome this problem, the best tool out there is mindfulness. Now mindfulness means that you on purpose, pay attention to one particular thing, which is of present moment, okay. Now present moment is the second criteria. And the third is that you become non judgmental to whatever that is happening in the present moment. so forth. To pay attention deliberately, then you bring yourself in the present moment.

And the thing the object that you are putting your attention on should be our present moment. And the third is that you don't judge it. You accept it the way it is. This in fact, mindfulness, in fact, was the best tool. For me that has worked for me to remove my anxiety. I did a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat in Nasik.

And I learned this Annapurna meditation over there. It's the fantastic tool. There are a lot of options available out there. concerned with mindfulness, it's mindfulness, you know, walking, mindful eating, etc, etc. But for me, what has worked is an apana meditation. So in the next video, I will show you how you can do an hour banner meditation and how you can help people come out of their anxiety by this simple meditation, mindfulness and breathing technique.
