About the Class

This class is ideal for expectant and/or breastfeeding mothers who would like to start their breastfeeding journey with confidence.

I'm Regina Kincaid, a midwife, lactation consultant, and mother of 4. My mission is to share practical, concrete and easy to apply breastfeeding tips to help you achieve your personal breastfeeding goal.

I have personally recorded each of the videos to guide you step by step, from getting ready for breastfeeding during pregnancy to how to become confident at breastfeeding in public.

In this course, we will look at how you can establish an adequate milk supply for your baby, how you can position your baby to achieve an effective and comfortable latch at the breast, how you can ensure your baby is drinking and transferring milk, how to deal with challenges such as engorgement and mastitis and much more.

Log on today and become confident in your own ability to breastfeed your baby :-)
