Next biggest blunder people make regarding stories, less time than they thought they had gotta cut something. Let me cut out the stories because there's so much important data to go through. Big, big mistake. If you thought you had 20 minutes, and you had three points and three stories, and now someone tells you you've only got 10 minutes, don't cut out your stories. cut out some of those data points, those extra facts, those extra slides. Stick with your stories because that's what people will remember.

They're not going to remember the bullet points, the numbers, the little chart lines that go like this. That's not what they're going to remember. So don't delete the stories, delete extra data. Keep your stories especially if you have less time than originally scheduled.
