Welcome to step number six to transform your English. Now things are getting good, too They will work on making you obtain a supreme structure of communication that ensures that everybody that listens to you is touched, motivated and influenced by what you have to say. Now, try to think of an experience where you maybe were attending a meeting, watching a YouTube video, assisting a seminar, listening to a presentation, or whatever it was that cost a big impact in you. Try to remember the person that was speaking chances are that he or she Were pronouncing or integrating and flowing in a very great way that allowed you to keep paying attention to him or her. He or she maybe also had great body language that made it easy for you to understand, remember, but if you pay close attention, maybe the most important thing that made you remember this person and the information they transmitted to you, was the structure in which they delivered the information to you.

Sadly, not many people speak with structor. Usually we have an idea, and we just opened the mouth, trying to transmit this idea with words hoping that the words were clear enough and organized enough so that the other person understood exactly What we wanted to transmit, maybe you have found that this is not usually the case. Usually what we try to explain is understood by the others in a very different or very minimal way. Right? Can you identify with the situation? Remember many times where I tried to communicate with my teachers, with my dad, we make costumers, with my boss with my employees, and I, it was so frustrating, because it seemed as if we were talking in different languages, I was trying to explain how important something was.

And I never felt any confirmation that they were really feeling and understanding what I was trying to transmit. So, in this step, let's make sure that you learn how to organize and structure your communication, so that everybody will be here. Moved to listen to you, and motivated to hear what you're saying and pick action in whatever it is you're asking. So take a look at these words. It's important that you remember the order of these words, this is a key. So let's repeat them.

Why, what, how. And then we'll have when and where together in one category to have four categories, the why, the what, the how, and when and where. Remember that you will see why in a minute. So, the key concept here is that everybody is motivated in a different way. We all have different styles of learning, of listening of working Now, some of us are why people? These are the people that are always looking for the reasons why I should learn this, why I should listen to you why I should do this?

Why I should study that, right? We're always looking for the results that doing something will give us, right. Some of us are what learners These are the people in love with the concepts with the theories with the names with the words with the vocabulary. We love names of hypotheses and theories and crazy specific vocabulary cetera and this is what we most want to learn, understand and implement. Also, some of us are how people these are the people that are always looking for the steps. They want to know exactly what should they do and what steps they should follow in norther to accomplish something, right?

They want to know, okay, what's the first thing I should do? Then? What's the second step? Finally, what's the third step? That way they feel calm and satisfied that they're learning. Finally, some of us are when and where learners, beside the people that are always looking for the immediate application of the information they're finding and learning in their everyday lives.

So if they hear a new word, for example, in an English class, these are the people that might stand up in the middle of the class and say, thank you very much. I don't need to hear anything else. Because this is a word I was looking for. And now I got it. I need to go back to my office and write an email using these words. Thank you.

So the one on where people are the ones that are implementing the real world information. So now you Understand that each one of us responds differently. Some of us respond to the whys. Some others respond to the watts, some others how. And then there are some others that respond to the when and where we can use this to our advantage. Let's structure our communication in a way that captivates and captures the attention of all of these people.

By every time we need to give a presentation, or have a little speech or talk to somebody, you sing a little bit of each one of this segments right. So when we're communicating, we should always start by communicating why people should listen to us, what is the benefit they will get? What are the problems they will avoid, if they just listen to us or if they just accept the proposals or ideas that we're giving them, then it's time to go into the ideas themselves. Right explaining the plan, the name of the plan. And then we can pass to the how, which is exactly what are the steps that we need to take to achieve the result. Finally, we should also help people relax, because once they heard our wise watts and house, what they need to know is how to start applying what you're telling them in the real world as quickly as possible.

Right? Try to remember an English class or a seminar that you took, and try to find moments where you felt a little anxious. Maybe you felt your you were getting oversaturated overwhelmed with information, and maybe that anxiety was a sign Have you feeling that you weren't gonna be able to apply all of this information in your real world? Right? So if at the end of your communication, you help people understand how they could immediately start applying what you just said, trust me. They'll be eager and super excited to start, whatever you're saying right away.

Right? Because for as we're giving them a reason to listen to us, then we're saying what they should do. And we're making it easy. Don't worry, this is what would these are the steps This is the how just do the 123 and it will be possible. And finally, this is how you start. What about tomorrow?

That's worth With some examples All right, so let's imagine that I need to convince you that you must improve and work on your English. And I mean, you already speak English, you're satisfied with it, you use your English successfully in your job. But somehow, I need to give you an overwhelming desire for you to work and improve your English. So this is what I would say using the why, what, how and when and where formula ready.

Hi. So I hear that you really use English in your job, and it's an important part of your life. It allows you to get great benefits professionally as well as personally. Now, there are some aspects that need improvement. Right? Some of the things you're pronouncing, you're pronouncing them wrong.

And what's worse, not only wrong, some of the words you're saying sound completely different, and some of them sound like an offensive word. So when you're mentioning these particular words incorrectly, you're offending people without you even noticing it. Also, if you're not really connecting your words, when you're speaking English, you are sounding very boring and robotic to whoever is listening to you. Right? You are not connecting with people either, because your intonation is non existent. Maybe you're having a little inclination, but it sounds very natural in English, which is only confusing people.

So when people talk to you, they may understand most of the words that you're saying. But the overall impact of your communication is very little, because you're not working on refining perfectly your pronunciation fluency and your intonation. Now, there's a million other political problems that you should be really improving because they're having a big impact, right? The vocabulary you're using is so basic and plain that don't catch the attention of anybody. And also, you're kind of stuck in your English learning process, because you know what you know, but you are not constantly learning and improving your vocabulary, your structure, correcting your mistakes, etc. That's why you need to focus on improving.

Now, don't worry, there is a solution. Right? If you work on your pronunciation, on your fluency on your intonation, your vocabulary and your memory. This is a perfect combination that will show during English level up to the sky, and we'll make it much more powerful, resonant and influential. Now to pronounce perfectly, you need to take care of the consonants First of all, and also the vowels. Right?

There's very clear with brands and vowels, that maybe you don't know. It's so simple, but if nobody tells you, you will never be able to do that, right? fluency is also very simple. It's a matter of connecting and flowing your speaking. There's very simple techniques like connecting your T's and your DS and connecting the SS every time we're speaking, that allow you to feel connected and relaxed. Here I will continue explaining about the house a little bit about being tonation, how to intonate how to improve your vocabulary and how to improve your memory.

I'm talking about the how, and I would close a presentation with something like okay, so if you feel that you would benefit by improving In your English, well, why don't we meet tomorrow, I have an opening in my agenda at seven o'clock. Even when my example was not so great. So let's attempt Another more simple and quicker example. So let's imagine that I have a friend that has a weight problem, and he definitely needs to lose some weight. If it was relevant or necessary that I talked to him, this is how I would try to motivate him to get in shape. Right? I would say something like, you know what?

There are big, important, serious problems if you are overweight, right? Well, the obvious one is that you don't look so attractive to the girls that you meet. You're not generating this sense of interest and attraction immediately because of your physic. Right? Also, the movements of your body are greatly affected. You're not feeling light and free in the world.

So Moving around the world is like carrying hundreds of extra pounds or kilos of weight on your shoulders. Every place you go, that's not comfortable. That's not useful. You could be moving so much lighter. Right? Now, let's talk about the internal problems that can have can happen if you are overweight.

Right? You can have hard problems to cool Atari problems. All kinds of health risks are increased thanks to the problem of being overweight. If you take care of your weight, the energy you'll start feeling will be incredible. I bet that you have never felt this kind of energy before. Right?

You will look you will look so radiant, happy, alive, energetic. Right. You will be healthier. You will be Longer people will look at you more people will try to contact you more and enjoy being with you, just by losing some weight. And emotionally how you would feel would be undescribable. Trust me, I used to be a little overweight.

And when I got back into shape, nothing felt more exciting in my life. So, losing weight is not so difficult. You just need to take care of two fundamental aspects. Number one, you have to create the right diet for you. And number two, you have to start doing the right exercise or physical activity routine that works for your body type and your lifestyle. Now, there's this amazing diet that focuses on select The best and healthiest kind of fats, reducing the quantity of carbohydrates and getting enough protein into your system along with all the necessary nutrients, so that it will allow you to feel satisfied for field and still lose weight at the same time that you're receiving all the necessary nutrients.

Now, the exercise routine is very simple. You should find a moment in your morning or in your night where you should start and dedicate only 20 minutes. And this is the exercise routine that you could follow. Blah, blah, blah. If this sounds interesting, I dare you. Let's meet tomorrow at eight in the morning to start our first exercise routine.

And then I mentioned a little bit about how the diet should go or how the exercise routine should be established. Finally, I'm helping him go out from his head by telling him Okay, all of these that i'm saying is put into practice. Let's start tomorrow. This is a way to communicate with my daughter, when I have to talk to her about her homework, her exams or anything like that. This is the structure of communication that I use when I need to talk to my partners, my business associates, my parents, my brothers, my friends, it always works, it always connects. If you can find the why, if you know the what you can explain the how. And you can help them understand how they can start applying it immediately. Something will happen to the other person they will not be able to resist being convinced and understand what you're saying. Experiment with it, you'll find great benefits.
