Okay, so now that you figured out what your true agenda is, now you're going to look at the impact of your divorce. There are three cards in the exercise that you're going to have in the workbook. And imagine that there's two kinds of things at play. So there's an angel on one kind of part of your shoulders, maybe on the left hand side of the shoulder. And in contrast, you have a little devil residing in the other part of the shoulder. Now, the angel represents all those positive life attributes, okay?

The ones that you're actually sacrificing are results of your true agenda. That could include your happiness, love, health, vitality, self expression of freedom, sense of self, you know, state of fun, and the devil on the other side represents this true agenda. Okay. Now, as we said in the exercise, you wouldn't be willing to give up all that you love on this side unless you were getting something really good back in return. So if this means that you're kind of getting a bit frustrated, that's good. We know that we've hit a nerve, because there's always that true agenda that's running the show.

The true gender may be hidden, but it's always there. So I want you to now that you've kind of speculated on the agenda, take it to the next level and check again, what might be behind that true agenda. So take a moment to actually study those three cards, pick the God that feels the most like the space that you're in right now. Circle, all those Angel life attributes which you feel have been sacrificed. And so and the circle items are actually a representation of the negative impact that you that not healing and getting over this breakup has had on your life, then spend some time pondering what the true agenda is at the next level. So in this process, you might notice things about yourself that you haven't seen before.

Because the true agenda prompt on the card actually points to things you might not have wanted to see. If you're struggling to find this true agenda. It's okay, because this is the true agenda underneath the true agenda that you thought it was. And this exercise can be confronting because you begin to see what's really in place that's keeping all the suffering running in your life. So questions that we look at is what are you holding on to being right about? Why are you so angry?

What are the reasons or justifications you're clinging to? What attention Are you getting by holding on to this issue? Who are you dominating by holding on to this issue? Sometimes we withhold our forgiveness, withhold certain things in our lives because we like to feel powerful and have control over a situation. You got to ask yourself, why are you refusing to let go, and how is it impacting what you're doing? So I want you to think about this exercise.

Look at everything in the workbook and let us know how you get on
